requirements :
- have a broad experience in accounting field
- minimum working of 3 years in accounting
- minimum degree is bachelor in accounting
- have a loyalty attitude
- problem solving skill
- leadership skill
Job Description :
- Perform accounting daily jobs such as payment and journal entry.
- Perform taxation job such as issuing VAT tax invoice & monthly tax reporting.
- Verify the completeness of the documents required for financial transaction
- Check and monitor cash flow from all bank accounts and prepare bank reconciliation.
- Support audit on audit schedules and providing data and preparing year end books.
- Implements the Accounting Rules & Regulations and Internal control.
- In-charge of fixed asset such as update fixed asset list, fixed asset tagging & monitoring office supplies/equipment with detail listing.
- Filing/arrangement of accounting/finance related documents.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
- Perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
- Business System Operator job.
