The Role

We are seeking for Administration Officer and Office Support who is responsible for data management and the operation of administrative processes within the company. The role involves a variety of tasks to support daily operations including but not limited to managing records and database and providing administrative assistance to other team members. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs administrative duties at an experienced level, handling confidential tasks that include drafting letters, reports and other business documents.
  • Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, proposals and other documents as requested.
  • Maintain data integrity within database and other systems including data entry and organisation.
  • Sales administration support.
  • Assist in basic financial management tasks (receipting, invoicing and payments)
  • Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to team members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with projects and initiatives as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to company goals.
  • Maintain positive and efficient communication with team members, clients colleagues, and/or visitors.

 

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from reputable university majoring in related field;
  • Fully vaccinated;
  • Proficient in ENGLISH LANGUAGE in all aspects (active ENGLISH MANDATORY);
  • Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of working experience in related profession;
  • Experience in real estate marketing is a plus but not required;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
  • Work-based on Australian Eastern Standard time (working hours 7.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.);
  • Attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently;
  • Efficient and well-organised;
  • Able to effectively mange and prioritise multiple projects; and
  • A positive and can-do attitude.
