Job Descriptions :
- Identify and engage potential clients for ballroom events by actively prospecting, networking, and conducting outreach efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and organizations to drive event bookings.
- Promote and sell venue for wedding & corporate events
- Create tailored proposals and presentations showcasing ballroom facilities, services, and packages to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and strategies targeting potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue while adhering to company policies and pricing strategies.
Requirements :
- Diploma’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Have experience in sales or event management, preferably within the wedding & corporate events or hospitallity.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, priority, and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Placement: Thamrin Nine Complex, Central Jakarta.
