Key Responsibilities:
Execute comprehensive records of due dates, payment amounts, and customer payment histories.
Collect outstanding payments and complete the engagement.
Create comprehensive and accurate customer account records.
Collect customer credit worthiness data.
Negotiate payment arrangements to facilitate debt recovery.
Ensure accurate tracking of outstanding invoices and payments.
General Resp.:
Ensure that targets within the scope of their work can be achieved.
Carry out all operational work processes in accordance with the established SOP/IK
Coordinate with other departments related to the work that has been assigned.
Prepare and report work results (including deviations) to superiors.
Implement and ensure the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) and 5R principles are running smoothly in the work area.
Maintain and care for all work tools provided to employees.
