Job Description:
- Compile and analyze costing reports, COGS, as well as verification of supporting documents.
- Together with the team analyze Bill of Materials accuracy, COGS efficiency, as well as cost process compliance.
- Ensure costing documents are complete & correct.
- Ensure and check all process related cost at outlet and central kitchen.
- Assist Cost Control Supervisor to monitor and control all procedures that affect the receipt, issuance, general controls and sales of food and beverage.
- Reporting food and beverage inventories, cost of sales, and the internal cost controls.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Have 1 year minimum of Cost Accounting/Cost Control experience, preferably in a similar industry in F&B.
- Strong knowledge of total cost management and cost control.
- Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data, strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good in analytical thinking and Attention to detail.
