Job Description :
- Keep financial records updated and accurate for all internal divisions.
- Prepare various financial reports as required by management.
- Issue transaction forms including accounts payable, accounts receivable, disbursements, receipts, and other related documents.
- Coordinate with partner accounting consulting firms to ensure accurate and effective financial management.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the accounting department in day-to-day tasks and projects.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Experience working in Japanese manufacturing is a plus
- Proficient in spoken English at conversational level (intermediate)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work in Cikarang
