Role Description
The GM Finance, Accounting, & Tax will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including overseeing the budget, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. This is a full-time on-site role located in Yogyakarta
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting and/or finance
- Experience with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance
- Analytical Skills for analyzing financial data and providing strategic insight
- Experience in leading a team and managing financial operations effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
