Job Desc:
- Responsible to control whole HR Department Process
- Developing, revising and recommending personnel policies and procedures
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational chart
- Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
- Supervise training needs analysis and training process
- Revise and implement job description, payroll and performance appraisal
- Conduct coaching and counseling
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 4 years or above HR management experience.
- Fluently in English and Mandarin
- Good understanding of UU TK
- Candidates must be willing to be placed in Kalimantan Selatan
