Learning & Development Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing an effective learning and development strategy within (product business) . This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and measuring the impact of learning initiatives. 

 

Learning Program Design and Development:

  • Design and develop comprehensive IT  training programs
  • Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning materials.

Learning Technology Management:

  • Stay abreast of learning technologies and tools to enhance training delivery and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and implement learning management systems (LMS) or other relevant technologies.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Develop and implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect feedback and analyze data to continuously improve learning initiatives.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Explore external training resources and partnerships to maximize learning opportunities.

 

Jobdesc: 

Manage the quality of products and services that are the core business of the company and also coordinate with all related divisions to produce the best quality of training products provided to each Client Course-Net Indonesia.

 

  • Design and implement a comprehensive learning strategy, including e-learning through the use of an LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Research, produce and deliver high-quality learning assets like training decks, facilitator guides, learner guides, assessments, and other supporting content
  • Lead Coaches to create materials that meets standard and conduct quality checks
  • Developing Engaging Learning Strategy and Learning design documents with Outcomes, Course Map, Course Overview, Duration, etc.
  • Direct academic trainings and workshops to Coaches and the entire content team to align standardization
  • Analyze development needs, organize training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct benchmarking on content quality on a regular basis
  • Manage budget allocations and maintain good relationships with Coaches and vendors..
  • Drive continuous improvement through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, shape a sustainable learning and development environment.
  • Manage the Management Trainee Program, Structured Development Program and develop key talent in soft skill and hard skill within the organization.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience at least 7 years in Learning & Development / Instructional design and curriculum development (with 5 years in managerial level).
  • Strong understanding of industries learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Experience in managing the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Deep and thorough understanding of effective methods, platforms, and practices in learning and development.
  • Demonstrate Strong understanding of project management skills and content design and development
  • Have a high empathy and passionate about teaching, learning, controlling and managing
  • Have knowledge or experience about Information Technology is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
