- Good command in English speaking and writing
- Bachelor Degree from Law (reputable university)
- Over 10 years of experience working in the legal department
- Able to operate Microsoft office program (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- A wide range of knowledge of real estate and other laws
- Has experience of working for a property developer company
- Experience managing team

- Overseeing the drafting of contracts and providing advice
- Overseeing response to customer complaints and problems (including lawsuits)
- Supervise compliance awareness activities
- Examining legal risks in new business and devising means of implementation
- Identifying new laws and regulations and considering their impact on business

Contract, has the possibility of being permanent based on self-performance.
