We are seeking a skilled and experienced Live Streaming Producer to join our dynamic team. The Live Streaming Producer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing live streaming events, broadcasts, and productions for TikTok & Shopee live platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality live content to audiences worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with content creators, hosts, and production team members to develop concepts and strategies for Tiktok & Shopee live streaming events and broadcasts.
- Plan and schedule Tiktok & Shopee live streaming productions, including selecting appropriate platforms, equipment, and technical resources.
- Coordinate pre-production activities, such as scripting, storyboarding, and rehearsal sessions, to ensure smooth execution of Tiktok & Shopee live broadcasts.
- Manage all technical aspects of live streaming productions, including camera setup, audio mixing, lighting, and video switching.
- Monitor Tiktok & Shopee live streams in real-time, troubleshooting technical issues, adjusting audio and video levels, and ensuring optimal stream quality.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, such as streaming platforms, video hosting services, and internet service providers.
- Ensure compliance with copyright laws, privacy regulations, and platform policies during live broadcasts, obtaining necessary permissions and licenses as needed.
- Capture and archive live streaming content for future distribution, editing, or repurposing.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in live streaming and online video production.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Live Streaming Producer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful live streaming productions.
- Proficiency with live streaming software and platforms, such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, Vimeo Livestream, YouTube Live, or Twitch.
- Familiarity with video production equipment, including cameras, audio mixers, lighting kits, and streaming hardware.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering engaging and immersive live content to Tiktok & Shopee live audiences .
