Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plan in order to exceed sales target
- Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our prospection program
- Supervise the team’s qualification process and proposal drafting
- Negotiate deals and convert leads into firm agreements
- Elaborate an annual program with quarterly objectives and target
- Frequently review compliance against Standard Operating Procedures
- Supervise account management and cross-selling activities
- Ensure regular training and development of all members of the sales department
- Work closely with Marketing Department
Job Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of sales of B2B services and solid track-record of experience in active selling
- Experience of 3 years as Sales Manager leading a sales team
- Total experience in sales of 3 years
- Knowledge and experience in selling Services
- “Hunter” sales mentality and instincts
- Bachelor degree qualified
- Dynamic team leader
- Well-honed organizational skills with a ‘can-do’ problem-solving approach
- Experience as either Head of Sales, Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or equivalent roles
- Formal knowledge and training in sales methodologies and selling techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
