1. MARKETING MANAGER

- Qualification Bachelor’s Degree within Marketing, Business Management or related field; advance degree desirable

- Benefit Range (Variantion depends on credetials, qualifications and performance; Monthly benefit consists of main salary, transport, parking, BPJS, and additional 3-monthly performance incentive) : Training Period 1 month (IDR 6 mio); Probation 6 months (IDR 9 – 12mios/month), Full time (IDR 14 -18 mios/month).
- Must be residing in Jakarta.
- Drive car/ ride bike for work with valid license is preferable to increase mobility.
Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager at Vlife Medical, you will be responsible for coordinating, developing, implementing and executing strategic plans for 4 Pillars of Vlife Marketing (1. Roadshow & Exhibition; 2. In-clinic Marketing; 3. Digital Marketing; and 4. Corporate Affiliation) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that the targets on all 4 pillars are fully achieved monthly, which are: Target Sales, New Customers, Conversion Rate, Cost per New Customer.
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth together.
- Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met and to ensure the maximum retention and immediate conversion of new/potential, clients.
- Acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and cost monitoring.
2. DIGITAL MARKETING

- Qualification Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in related field, Computer science, Digital qualification, Data Analytics, Business Analyst, Project Management, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Management. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Image and Video Editing. Membership of a professional body will be an added advantage;
- Experience and understanding of digital platforms enabling other value streams teams to deliver with substantial autonomy (platforms as a product).

- Work with digital marketing team to build and implement Campaign, Content, Promotion effectively and efficiently to generate New Customers from Digital Platform (IG, FB, Search Engine, Website, Youtube, Tiktok, Twitter, KOL utilization) and strengthen the engagement rate of high quality users.
- Responsible for Always on, always secure and scalable channels and messaging component of these channels.
Responsibilities
- Create a marketing strategy to increase number of high quality users as well as build Vlife brand equity.
- Conduct competitors intelligence and market research to find opportunities for new product/ features/ programs
- Plan and monitor all marketing activities across digital marketing channels (social media, search engine, etc.)
- Identify the revenue growth engine and propose monetization strategy.
- Give insights and recommendations about product improvement to related divisions in the organization.
- Be connected with any stakeholders or 3rd parties supporting the marketing program.
- Execute marketing program/strategy and create the communication for each activity.
- Monitor Digital marketing performance using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
3. MARKETING EXECUTIVE

- Experience 3 – 5 years
- Location Jakarta
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or health, clinic-chains industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be residing in Jakarta.
