Kualifikasi :
- The MEL and Grant Specialist will be responsible for the grant-making, procurement process and regular monitoring and evaluation in Belitung, Central Java and Central Sulawesi of SOLUSI Project according to policies of GIZ and KEHATI.
- Ensure the grant-making and procurement process run smoothly and achieve the expected outcomes, from call for proposal to closing.
- Ensure the progress update of activities, and achievement according the specific target indicators of SOLUSI Project including prepare the project learning/knowledge management.
- Prepare the process of issuing grant agreements and contracts, from drafting to signing the documents.
- Provide technical assistance to grantees and vendors to ensure all activities compliance with regulations of GIZ and KEHATI.
- Provide technical assistance to grantees to ensure updating the measurement of activity and achievement according the milestone or project trajectory of SOLUSI Project.
- Improve capacity of grantees and vendors in managing fund and project management through various training including data base management of the project update.
- Establish and maintain communication with Ministry of National Planning Agency (Bappenas), Ministry of Marine and Fisheries (MMAF), Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MOEF), and other key stakeholder related to grant management.
- Documenting each stage of grant-making and procurement process, including financial and program activity reports.
- Work closely with the Conservation Specialist to monitor and records the progress of specific indicators that related to conservation activity.
- Undertake any other official duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) in Accounting, Statistics, Management, Business Administration, Law, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in grants and contracts management and Monitoring-Evaluation-Learning.
- Understand government policies on biodiversity, climate change, sustainable supply chain, as well as gender and social inclusion.
- Understand and ability to develop MEL tools.
- Experience working with GIZ or other international donor agencies preferably.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), both in Bahasa and English.
