JOB SPECIFICATION:

Minimum SMK/D3/S1 mechanical engineering
Prefered min 1-2 years experiance in CNC (lathe or milling)
Must be honest and trustworthy, be respectful, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, be flexible, demonstrate sound work ethics
Having a strong analytical and problem solving skills
Dynamic, have excellent attitude, self-initiated.
Having a special certificate is preferred
Computer literate with basic understanding of CAD/CAM programming such as MASTERCAM, DELCAM, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Make CNC (lathe and milling) program with 3D design
Operate CNC (lathe and milling) with the program
Having CAD/CAM skill as solidwork software, Master CAM software, DELCAM software, etc
Fill your work timesheet everyday
Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. Includes precision instrument makers who fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical instruments.
Applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
Can observe and listen to the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose machine damage and determine the need for adjustment or repair.
Maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
Program computers and electronic instruments such as numerically controlled machine tools.
