PT Korea Energy Indonesia (KOENSIA) is a subsidiary of Korea South-East Power Co. (KOEN), established in January 2018 in Indonesia. KOENSIA is responsible for power plant operation maintenance and consulting in Indonesia and our employees have much experience in construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and management at KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Generation) and KOEN’s power plants.
In Sulawesi, one of the projects is as O&M Consortium for PLTU Palu-3 2×50 MW. We are looking for the best candidate to support our business activities in Palu, Central Sulawesi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and communication skills to deliver duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Advise to Organize and evaluate the safety rules and procedures of the Maintenance & Operation by the quality process in the company to ensure the safety and smooth of Power Plant operation.
- Advise the annual budget plan for maintenance activities to determine if the budget is comprehensive enough to achieve the company’s goals of achieving high availability and safe operations implementation.
- Monitor and advise the maintenance & operation system set and by the aspects of compliance, safety, environmental health, quality, and productivity.
- Monitor the material status of each facility and advise it to ensure efficient use and replenishment.
- Analyze the inspection and testing results on mechanical/electrical / I&C systems and advise the corrective steps for equipment maintenance.
- Review and improve the implementation of preventive maintenance performed promptly and by equipment standards to ensure equipment performance is related to maintenance plans.
- Review equipment inspection & operation reports and reports to superiors to track abnormalities in the maintenance & operation teams to support the power plant operations.
- Evaluate the Engineering Maintenance activity such as planning, work method, work equipment, personnel, material/ spare part, overtime as well as the cost to increase the achievement of work effectivity and efficiency.
- Organize and control engineering maintenance activities such as outage planning, engineering and stewardship of plant facilities and develop cost-effective programs and maintain budget to maximize the safe, efficient, and economical Power Plant operation.
- Monitor Implementation of policy system ISO 9000, 14000, 18000 and Occupational Health and Safety in Engineering Section runs according to applicable regulation in order to achieve Zero accident.
- Monitors and supports human resource development (training, certification and competency) of the Maintenance Engineering Section to support maintenance activities.
- Review & improve Power Plant Operation & Maintenance comprehensive periodical reports to meet Owner requirements.
- Ensure the implementation of the operation agreement of power plant effectively and efficiently to fulfill applicable requirements to ensure the achievement of Company targets and revenue.
Qualifications :
- Experience of 25 year in Power Plant (Maintenance, Operation, Quality Control, Construction, etc.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external persons to ensure optimal performance.
- Support, comply, and ensure complicity with Health and safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures
