Job Description :
1. Conducting market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities, and using insights to guide marketing initiatives.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, compelling marketing campaigns and promotions that match with the target audience and drive brand awareness.
3. Responsible for ensuring the good and positive relationship is established with the principal.
4. Develop, implement, and analyze the items on the business plan in order to reach the quota that that has been determined together with the principal.
5. Develop new solutions and determine the direction of development of the solutions and products handled.
6. Has the authority to provide direction for the presales, support, deployment, consumption teams in its business units to accelerate the adoption of technology determined by the company
7. Measure ROI and strategic value of marketing projects both at product, customer and brand level to decide the right mix of marketing and resource investment.
Job Requirement :
1. Bachelor Degree from any major, preferable Management Marketing.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Product & Marketing and at least 2 years as team leader
3. Have knowledge of IT markets and business, marketing and sales principles and management, Financial Management, HR Management
4. Excellence skill in negotiation
5. Have basic knowledge about IT solutions and products
6. Have knowledge and be able to apply Project Management
7. Have knowledge and ability to carry out risk management
8. Great team player, trustworthy, integrity, persistence, fast learner & independent
9. Fluent in English both spoken and written
