K-Club Ubud is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for touring and inspecting our villas, ensuring that every aspect of our properties meets our stringent quality criteria. This role is critical in maintaining the luxury experience our clients expect and enjoy.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular inspections of villas to assess and document their condition.
– Identify areas needing improvement or repair, and coordinate with maintenance and service teams to address issues promptly.
– Ensure that all villas meet the company’s standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics.
– Provide feedback and recommendations to property managers to enhance villa conditions.
– Develop and implement quality control systems and checks.
– Prepare detailed reports on inspection outcomes and action plans.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
– Proven experience in quality control, property management, or a related field.
– Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and navigate various locations.
– A customer-first approach to problem-solving.
– Relevant certification in quality control or property inspection is a plus.
