Responsibility :
- Responsible for area sales productivity
- Responsible for monitoring MSIG Life Insurance Indonesia’s Bancassurance Consultant activity
- Alongside the Head of Bancassurance Regional, responsible for evaluating & develop BC’s performance
- Responsible for building and maintain excellent business relationships with Bank Partner Leaders and staff
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, in any field.
- Required skills: sales management, sales coaching, life insurance sales, Life Insurance Operations.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the Bancassurance Industry & 2 years of working experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales – Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
- Good Communication & Presentation Skills
- Proven integrity & leadership skill
- Well understand the Bancassurance Industry Business Process
- Well understand about Life Insurance Product
- Full-Time position available
