STATE JOB DUTIES (in details):

Open the market and introduce FCS hospitality solutions to the untouched market.
Approach all Hotels, Resorts & Beach Club, to sell FCS solutions.
Work closely with owning companies/SI/Major accounts to target Hotels Industry (Hospitality Industry).
Account manage any chain hotels after the deal is closed.
Manage the entire sales process from finding leads to closing the deal, Deliver the Target monthly basis.
Getting new leads on a daily basis and scheduling sales meetings with clients & demo.
Negotiate with clients to ensure price is acceptable with a win win situation in order to close the deal.

STATE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications: Bachelor degree; 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or hospitality industries. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software for sales pipeline management and account profiling. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Experience in hotels operations for at least 2 years.
Aggressive and with a hunter mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to converse and write fluently in English and Bahasa.
Understand the hospitality market of Bali well.
Basic sales experience in hotel Technology software.
Good contacts with the hotels and owning companies will be a bonus.
