As a sales supervisor in a setting, your responsibilities revolve around managing and supporting the sales efforts of modern trade independent within. Your job description may include :
1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets across the sales channel network.
2. Providing guidance, training, and support to company’s partnership to help them effectively sell products or services according to the company’s standards and guidelines.
3. Monitoring the sales performance of company’s partnership locations and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
4. Assisting company’s partnership in setting sales goals and targets and providing them with the tools and resources necessary to achieve them.
5. Collaborating with company’s partnership to develop and execute local marketing and advertising initiatives to attract customers and drive sales.
6. Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the channel network.
7. Resolving sales-related issues and conflicts between company’s partnership and providing assistance in implementing solutions.
8. Ensuring compliance, sales policies, and brand standards across all company’s partnership locations.
9. Building and maintaining strong relationships with company’s partnership and serving as a liaison between them and the company.
