Looking for an experienced Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in planning, executing and optimizing our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential that is increasingly beneficial for companies.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will master the concepts around Social Media & Digital Marketing and how the Internet can be a powerful asset for securing increased revenue. You need to be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to power our marketing campaigns.
Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist
Roles & Responsibility :
- Develop, conceptualize, and implement digital advertising, social media, and marketing strategies
- Identify trends and insights, and use that knowledge to enhance company social media presence
- Launching optimized online ads through to increase company and brand awareness. Actively engage in SEO efforts.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Measure the performance of your digital marketing efforts using various Web analytics tools.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Specific Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Creative Industry or related field from reputable University, with an outstanding academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Interested and familiar with Houseware or Cookware market.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience and passionate in persuasive enganging writing creative content.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Agile, strong work ethic and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right.
- Able to work in a fast-moving and multi-tasking environment
- Placement in Surabaya, East Java
