Responsibilities :
- Monitoring document arrival
- Checking Documents: Packing List, Invoice, Shipping Instructions
- Contact & follow up the shipping until you get the DO
- Customer Clearance Process
- Familiar with module PIB/PEB/PLB
- Create BL
- Ocean freight payments to shipping companies
- Coordinate with the team until billing is completed
- Supervise cs team
- Monitoring & coordinating shipment progress from the time the documents are
- Received until the goods are delivered to the destination
Requirement (s) :
- Minimum D3 education
- Mastering Import Booking
- Minimum 3 years experience as CS Import
- Have good knowledge of customs
- Have good relations and communication with customers and liners
- Understand the Terms of Shipment
- Willing to work under pressure
