Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field.
Minimum 7 years work experience as a UI/UX Designer or related design position.
Portfolio demonstrating strong user interface design skills.
Understand design principles and latest trends in UI/UX.
Able to use design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Have an understanding of user research and the ability to apply research results in design.
Have an understanding of web and mobility technologies relevant to UI/UX design.
Knowledge of the latest web and mobile technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material Design.
Understanding of web and software accessibility principles.
Ability to think creatively and create innovative design solutions to complex problems.
Experience in implementing data-based design or user behavior-oriented design (behavioral design).
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Experience in leading design projects from start to finish, including managing design teams and resolving design conflicts.
Ability to collect and analyze user data, and make design decisions based on data analysis.
