DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
We’re currently seeking an experienced Interior Designer/Drafter for Office Space to join our team and help us take our office space to the next level. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating technical drawings to help design and build architectural projects (Video, 2D and 3D), as well as translating layout designs into detailed plans used in building office space and structures.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Working with Project owner’s team, Engineers, Contractor, and other professionals to produce drawings that meet their specifications (Pre and Post project).
· Writing related technical documents such as material lists and cost estimates.
· Ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards.
· Maintaining a library of standard drawing templates.
· Updating existing drawings as new information becomes available.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Extensive working knowledge and experience of Auto-CAD, SketchUp, Rendering App, and other required software in interior design.
· Ability to analyse design sketches and specifications to create technical drawings.
· Strong attention to detail to ensure drawings are accurate according to specifications.
· Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
· Time management skills to work with multiple projects and competing deadlines.
· Knowledge of engineering practices and industry standards.
· Advanced mathematical skills.
