JOB DESCRIPTIONS
E01 PRODUCTIVITY
Work following the procedure to get more productive
results
1.1 Coordinate all production operator activities during working hours (Resource and machine allocation)
1.2 Provide accurate data of production performance parameter
1.3 Ensure all activities are following the standard operating procedure
1.4 Able to detect any abnormalities in the production equipment or process
1.5 Record all parameter and compare with the specification
1.6 Report any abnormalities in the production process (equipment, process, raw materials or finished
products)
1.7 Perform quick action to eliminate the issue in production line
E02.QUALITY
Provide the best quality product to be delivered to the
customer
2.1 Take a lead on analysis of quality issues
2.2 Ensure all parameter are properly implemented in each production process
2.3 Ensure correct product run with correct formula
2.4 Quick detection for any quality issue appears in the production line
2.5 Perform quick action and feedback for any quality issue in production line
2.6 Conduct routine quality check during production process (hourly)
E03 DELIVERY
Ensure delivery time following customer request
3.1 Trigger the production team to achieve delivery schedule
3.2 Ensure to run the product based on the schedule
3.3 Ensure the products have correct output base on the target
3.4 Record the raw materials and finished goods movement in production area
3.5 Daily stock count for the raw materials and finished goods
E04 ENVIRONMENT HEALTH AND SAFETY
Contribute to the EHS Program
4.1 Ensure to apply EHS policy in daily routine job
4.2 Provide feedback for any activities and condition that violating EHS principal
4.3 Perform quick action and anticipation for any potential safety issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree with majoring in engineering.
2. With 2 years minimum experience. (from the glass or lamp industry will be more advantageous)
3. Fluent in English.
4. Self driven (proactive, initiative, supportive).
5. Not more than 35 years old.
6. Have good leadership.
