  1. Handling petty cash management, FS Statements, responsible on tax calculation
  2. Organizing finance and procurement documents
  3. Executing routine finance and procurement administration
  4. In charge of accurate daily book-keeping for AP and AR
  5. Record and file all documents needed (soft & hard copies), Purchase Invoices, Delivery Orders, Statement of Accounts, Bank Statements etc.
  6. Liase with tax auditors, consultant on tax audit.
  7. Support local audit by preparing all relevant tax document.
  8. Implement internal process that ensure data accuracy for tax compliance purposes.
  9. Review, monitor and control all key activities in Finance, accounting & taxation, and ensure all finance and accounting aspects are in compliance with all related regulations and policies
  10. Review costing for existing contracts and new contracts
  11. Be creative/proactive/agile/adaptive and fast to propose any solution for cost competitiveness in the market
  12. Monitor all audit process and finalization
  13. Maintain good relation with clients to promote client’s satisfaction
  14. Set up and budget strategic financial planning and control the actual spending as well
  15. Support for system changes requirement, or any other supporting tasks required by company
  16. Monitor Finance & Accounting staff performance and evaluate staff requirement, include staff management to promote productivity & efficiency in division
  17. To do weekly/monthly report to Manager/Director on status and figures for the AP and AR
  18. To do monthly/quarterly/annual FS report to the HQ in Korea

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Having Tax Certificate, Brevet A & B
  • Familiar with finance and accounting standards and relevant
  • Minimal 5 years working experiences in the similar position or 4 years in accounting manager level
  • Having audit background and having knowledge of tax plan
  • Other required skills: Analytical thinking, high accuracy, and good managerial skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English 
  • Proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar.
