Qualification
- Minimum 4 years experience in accounting, finance & taxation.
- Good understanding of accounting & finance operation and financial reports.
- Selv driven, proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Meticulous, able to handle and process large amount of data.
- Familiar with ERP or Accounting Systems.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang (full WFO).
Preferable but Not Mandatory :
- Experience in retail (especially fashion & apparel).
- Experience using Microsoft BC or Navision.
Job Descriptions:
1) Routine journal entries for monthly closing process : bank, accruals, amortizations (rent, service charge, insurance, etc), depreciation & other relevant transactions.
2) Prepare monthly schedule / reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
3) Maintain list of shop rental expenses & agreements.
4) Review supplier invoices & posting to GL.
5) Prepare necessary data (GL, vouchers, etc) to support audit process.
6) Maintain list of fixed asset including journal entries of new assets, asset disposal or write off.
7) Other relevant tasks assigned by Department Head.
