Job Description:
– Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility.
– Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
– Develop and execute safety procedures, Recruit, manage and develop factory staff.
– Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
– Build strong relationship and liaise with labor unions and members of the local community.
– Report production activities to management
– Follow, respect and help enhance the company’s mission, vision and values.
Requirements:
– Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
– Max 40 years old.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Marble & Granit industry.
– Strong leadership, management skills to lead factory staff. Excellent interpersonal skills.
– Strong understanding of machinery and manufacturing technologies.
– Good Communication in English (both oral and written)
– Flexibility to work outside normal working hours as needed.
