Job Description
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to industrial relations
- Foster positive employee relations and manage the collective bargaining process
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address organizational development needs.
- Lead change management initiatives to support company growth and development
- Manage performance appraisal processes, employee development, and succession planning
- Supervise general affairs activities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with regulations
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolutions.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (more 5 years) as an HRGA Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial relations, organization development, personnel management, general affairs, and HSE practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications
