What Will You Do:
Legal Advice:
- Provide legal advice to management and other departments.
- Analyze legal risks associated with the company’s business decisions.
Drafting Contracts and Legal Documents:
- Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts.
- Ensure that all legal documents comply with applicable legal requirements.
Legal Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
- Develop internal policies to ensure compliance.
Dispute Handling:
- Manage legal disputes and collaborate with external legal teams where necessary.
- Assist in the resolution of alternative disputes.
Licensing and Regulation:
- Ensure the company complies with all relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Drafting a permit application.
Internal Investigation:
- Conduct internal investigations into legal or compliance matters.
- Develop and implement corrective actions if necessary.
Requirement:
- Education Min. Bachelor of Law or equivalent.
- Work experience in legal role in company min 5 Years.
- Having experience in Litigation is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of regulations and laws relevant to the industry or sector of the company.
- Good analytical skills and ability in formulating legal strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to join ASAP.
