What Will You Do :
- Maximize shipment fulfillment & truck utilization
- Provide daily & weekly performance reports of fulfillment activities and customer needs
- Control field manpower needs and performance with the given budget and expansion go-live plan
- Planning, controlling, and improving all the supply-related projects & tasks to support the business objective
- Creating and developing the operational procedure that can optimize the workflow while avoiding opportunity loss
- Collaborating with all internal stakeholders to develop a new initiative that can positively grow the business value
- Projecting the potential supply performance to support the business growth
- Negotiate contracts where possible to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
- Accurately calculate supply costs for each individual movement or transaction.
What Are The Requirements :
- General haulage and distribution experience is required.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Experience in Transport Management systems is essential.
- Leadership ability & Outstanding organisational skills
