Job Title: Director of Operations – Electric Vehicle

Job Description:
As the Director of Operations for our electric vehicle company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the operational strategy to support our growth and success. You will oversee a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from strategic planning to market promotion and franchise store management. This position requires a deep understanding of the electric vehicle industry, a strong background in operations, and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the operational center’s strategic plan in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Establish a robust marketing management support system.
Business Management: Lead marketing promotions, nationwide store operations, and online e-commerce platform operations. Build and iterate the existing operational system, identify operational breakthroughs, and achieve operational goals.
Marketing: Gather industry trends and competitor information, analyze market demands and trends, and provide data support for company decision-making. Responsible for product sorting, packaging, and product launch management, including brand positioning, brand storytelling, new product positioning, concept promotion, packaging development, and packaging image setting.
Franchise Store Operations Management: Lead a team to support franchise store systems from opening to stable operation. Guide daily store management, personnel management, and store expansion, resolving store issues and enhancing store compliance.
Department Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales center to assist in business and project implementation. Provide specialized advice and support to help achieve sales targets, considering multiple dimensions from the company, store, and consumer perspectives.
Team Building: Build a strong operations team, empower team members, and create a talent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Below 40 years of age with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 8 years of experience in-store terminal or marketing promotion industry, with a track record of managing over 200 stores. Experience in chain retail industries such as mobile phones and motorcycles is preferred.
- Familiar with the operation and management of direct sales or franchise systems, adept at identifying store needs, and providing professional support.
- Possesses a product manager’s perspective and has experience in managing the complete product lifecycle, including new product launch promotion and product packaging.
- Strong data analysis and logical skills, sensitivity to market changes, and project management capabilities.
