2. Having active certificate of AK3 Umum (BNSP, Disnaker dan AK3U), PLB3
3. Minimum 6-year experience in HSE roles at high-risk industry Manufacturing
4. Proven ability in demonstrate skill & knowledge on HSE management system
5. Team player, but self-driven
Job Description
1. Develop and update comprehensive HSE procedure, HSE Plan, JHA/JSA, and CSMS
2. To identify any aspects of compliance to the applicable laws and regulations
3. To carry out hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control, with respective
4. To carry out HSE Inspection, follow up as applicable to the respective departments, evaluate and monitor the effectiveness
5. To work together with HSE Committee to build and improve safety culture
6. Conduct needs analyses for company environmental health and training programs
7. Handle HSE training & safety audit
8. Analyze safety data & preparing report for management
9. Investigate workplace condition and (if any) investigate workplace incidents & accidents.
10. Develop and implement safety policies & procedures.
11. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
12. Develop emergency response plan.
