Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in from reputable university, preferably from Management/English Literature.
Fluent in English is must.
At least 3 (three) years working experience as Export / Logistic / Sales / International Business.
Working experience at manufacturing company will be an advantage.
Having expert experiences in all export process and document.
Experience in export procedure and regulation (PEB, certificate of Origin, L/C) is preferable.
Good knowledge and familiar to operate SAP SD and LE module, will be an added value.
Having good communication and relationship with all related department, custom & overseas embassy.
Good communication, execution, and promoting skills that enable effective project progress.
Good interpersonal skill and customer management.
Target oriented, persistent, and strong analytical thinking.
Enthusiastic & having positive attitude.
Willing to work in Bantargebang, Bekasi

Job Descriptions:

Maintain good relation to existing customer (foreigner).
Analyzing and interpreting customer needs.
Support overall export functions such as order confirming until the delivery and arrive at the destination.
Have a knowledge about the procedure, regulation and all supporting documents of export transaction.
Responsible for costing and ensuring minimum cost throughout the process.
Communicate customers as well as maintains a good relationship.
