We are looking for :
Import and Export Trade Logistics Operator.
(English is a must, Mandarin Speaker is an advantage)
Based in Pik, Jakarta Utara.
Salary : Negotiable
Job Description:
1️⃣Handle all documents for export / import process
2️⃣Build a good relation and communication with shipping agent
3️⃣Checking documents / pre-alert from agent and Monitoring shipment progress and update report
4️⃣Work closely with sales, finance, and operations team regarding the shipment progress
5️⃣Manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
6️⃣Coordinate shipping arrangements, including vessel booking for cargo transportation.
7️⃣Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and customs agents to facilitate smooth and timely shipments.
8️⃣Handle truck arrangements, optimizing routes, and managing logistics for land transportation.
9️⃣Track shipments, maintain inventory, and resolve any shipping- related issues or delays.
Negotiate contracts, rates and services with vendors and carriers to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.
Requirements:
1️⃣Proven more than 2 years experience in import/export operation, including vessel booking and logistics arrangement.
2️⃣Strong knowledge of import/export, documentation and customs procedures.
3️⃣Proficient in using MS office.
4️⃣Good communication skills.
5️⃣Proficiency in English, Mandarin is an advantage.
