Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining administrative matters and documents.
- Arranging business trip.
- Monitoring the provision of office facilities (stationery, pantries stock, meeting room, transportation, meeting room, etc.)
- Ensuring precise coordination for other office matters.
- Providing administrative and assistant support including but not limited to arranging meeting and translation documents.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Business level both in Japanese & English.
- Experience in GA min. 2 years.
- A detail-oriented person with high level of ethics and responsibility.
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office.
