About The Company:
- The working venue is in Bali.
- Our client is an Education company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker HR Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Provide language support for Japanese staff.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Japanese language skills (minimum JLPT N3).
- Experience as HR Staff.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Preferably deep experience in HR (more than 2 years).
