Kualifikasi :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resource.
- At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably have experiance to do the ISO audit, salary calculation, making a work plan to the performance apparaisal test and KPI for employees.
- Familiar for making the permit for Foreigner staffs.
- Have good knowledge for PPh 21, 26 or tax art 4 (2) and report annual tax.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
• Create and update records and databases of new joined employees.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Calculate and report monthly PPh 21 for employees.
• Register and calculate BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Health Insurance for employees.
• Good Appearance & Able to speak chinese is plus point
Requirements:
• Can work under pressure or in the less supervision.
• Honest and have a good attitude.
• Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with office management procedures.
