Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of design and maintenance requirements of filed instruments ( level, pressure, temperature, valves etc. ) and instrumentation system.
- Assist project/ maintenance leader on control system existing and new systems. Selecting and purchasing instruments with clearly defined specification. Solving instrumentation related problems and make sure all system comply with quality standards and the relevant health and safety regulations.
- Responsible for review of bids ( RFQ) documents and technical correspondences received in proposal stage.
- Review of instrumentation layout, Hook Up drawings, PIDS with process in charge, control panel drawings, instrument index, I/O List.
- Fine tuning of plc based / pneumatically operated based control valves for process improvements.
- Coordinate with service providers for calibration of instruments, installation, and fine tuning for optimal execution of instrumentation job / projects.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor in Engineering-Instrumentation/Electronics from reputable university (GPA minimum 3.00).
- Minimum 5 years experiences in related field.
- Well manage in under pressure conditions.
- Good in English (verbal and written)
