Primarily responsible in assisting Senior Tax Accountant in preparing tax invoices, accurate preparing and filling monthly and annual tax reports
Liaise with billing team and prepare VAT Tax invoices for all sales transactions
Liaise closely with sales team and SeniorTax Accountant to ensure accurate preparation of witholding tax slips and send to customers.
Prepare, file and ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly tax reports:
Witholding income tax PPH 22
Witholding income tax PPH 23
Witholding income tax (final) Art. 4(2)
Corporate income tax PPH 25
Witholding income tax PPH 26
VAT (PPN)

Maintain tax balances on general ledeger, prepare and ensure accuracy of tax related Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
Prepare deferred tax calcuation, prepare and file Annual Tax report
Manage and coordinate tax audit according to instruction by Senior Tax Accountant
Liaise with internal and external auditor

REQUIREMENTS:

At least Bachelor Degree(s) from Reputable University, preferrably Majoring in Taxation. Accounting Major(s) are also welcome
At least 3 years experience in taxation position(s)
Experience in Manufacturing or relevant industry is highly preferred
In depth understanding of Indonesian Taxation Regulations
Experience in using e-SPT is complusory
Full Proficiency in MS Office
Must be detailed oriented, proactive and can work under pressure. Must also be able to work in team settings
