Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Business Administration required.
- Five years or more of related experience is required.
- Proven experience working as an Accounting Supervisor.
- A certified Public Accountant designation is highly preferred.
- Fast learner, attention to detail.
- Can work under pressure and focus on the timeline and tight deadline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP for Business.
- Good English skill (both written and verbal) is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Key in the AP Invoices into SAP (Before Payment), and make sure the transactions are properly deducted with applied W/Tax.
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (by assets, liabilities, and expenses).
- Prepare Financial Statement, preparation of periodic financial statements, and corporate annual reports.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Liaise with Other Country Spire Office for Intercompany Billing Issues (Trade and Non-Trade) and send the interoffice list after closing FS every month.
- Analyse transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Update the CRM Module from accounting software into SAP and prepare the report.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closures.
- Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information for the annual audit.
- Analyse budgets and create expense reports.
- Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Understand tax policies and liaise with Tax Consultants.
