REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university
- Have experience 3-5 years in the related field
- Having Excellence knowledge in Corporate Law / General Corporate Matters
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Professional level of proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
- Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare complex legal documents
- Ability to work independently or in a team, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines.
- Placement in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara
RESPONSIBILITY
- Draft and review various agreements and any other legal documents
- Provide sound legal advice on any potential or actual legal issues
- To support in legal vetting of any business contracts with vendors and customers
- To provide solutions within legal framework for smooth achievement of business objectives
- Other responsibilities as needed
