Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Use insights to develop effective communication strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Coordinate press releases and media coverage to enhance the company’s public image.
Assist in planning and promoting company events, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate communication efforts to maximize event attendance and engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing communication, content creation, or digital marketing.
Knowledge of various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in marketing communication.
Willing to be placed in Surabaya
