Qualifications & experience
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that all their requirements are effectively communicated with the internal technical team and external vendors.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to thehighest quality standards.
- Quoting: Utilize your technical expertise to accurately calculate quotes for plastic parts based on customer specifications and project requirements.
- Customer Updates: Provide regular updates to customers on the progress of their projects, keeping them informed and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Language Proficiency: Possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to customers, showcasing project progress, milestones, and outcomes.
- Material Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the manufacturing or plastic molding industry.
- Strong technical understanding of plastic injection molding processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
