Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from reputable university with excellent GPA.
- Indonesian/ASEAN certified engineer in mechanical/electrical design (minimum of SKA Madya grade)
- Proven track record in MEP design and analysis for residential, hospitality and commercial buildings for at least five (5) years
- Hands-on in operating relevant design and engineering software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in collaborating with consulting engineers and architects from different stakeholders in project settings.
Job Description:
- Report to Head of Design.
- Produce MEP design and analysis of the assigned projects
- Prepare concepts, drawings, technical specifications, and other construction documents alongside with external consultants or internally.
- Coordinate with counterparts from other departments.
- Design and analyse as per instruction of Head of Design.
- Maintain concise and structured documentation of computation, design and drawings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
