Job Description :

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Develop and implement plans and schedules for the installation and maintenance of MEP systems.
Coordinate with other construction supervisors to ensure seamless integration with overall project objectives.
Review and interpret MEP system design drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Provide input during the design phase to optimize system efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing technicians.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure work is carried out according to project schedules.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure installations meet quality standards.
Identify and resolve issues related to MEP systems promptly.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or similar role in construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their installations.
Proficiency in interpreting MEP system design drawings and specifications.
