We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Vice Principal of Student Affairs to support our preschool division. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining an environment conducive to early childhood education, ensuring students’ well-being, and fostering their holistic development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing student affairs and enriching the preschool curriculum.
- Collaborate with educators to implement effective and engaging educational programs.
- Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for young learners.
- Oversee student welfare and manage disciplinary matters aligned with school policies.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents/guardians.
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree/ bachelor’s degree in education, child development, early childhood education, or a related field is required.
- Prior teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting with international standards.
- Experienced working with young children, parents, and teachers is essential.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and support teachers and staff.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Age range: 24 – 40.
- A minimum of 5 years experience of teaching in a Preschool
- Adaptable with the BCCT approach method. (Attended PPOT/ Sentra training is more preferable)
