Qualifications & experience
- Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience in preschool management or administration, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an educational leadership role
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, parents, and students. Experience in team management and collaboration.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges creatively and implement effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage administrative tasks, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively.

Tasks & responsibilities
- “The incumbent of this position is responsible for strategizing, implementing plans, and mentoring to advance the company academically, supporting the achievement of predetermined business targets
- Analyze current Preschool situation and proactively seek for new trends and developments in the early childhood education industry
- Organize and direct the Academics department in order to maintain the targeted number of students per month
- Supervision of student services, parent-teacher relations and communication
- Build and maintain the preschool curriculum development and operations management
- Teacher supervision, training, and mentoring
