Our Padel Tennis Club is seeking to implement its staff and is looking for a friendly, active, and sporty* receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and handling customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Handle customer check-ins and check-outs
- Provide information about the club’s services, amenities, and pricing
- Assist customers with booking courts and lessons
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Sportive, friendly, and active
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Basic computer skills
- Accounting knowledge is a bonus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
A training period will be made available to the candidate.
